Clemens Bechtel (a.G.)

He was born in 1964 in Heidelberg. He studied Applied Dramaturgy at Gießen and he took courses of study in India and West Africa. He directed for GSTT the plays "Intrigue and Love" by Friedrich Schiller (1996), "The Seagull" by Anton Chekhov (1998), "The Robbers" by Friedrich Schiller (2000), "The Women" (2002).  

Among the shows he directed are "The Power of Habit" by Thomas Bernhard (National Theatre Manheim, 1996), "Three Tall Women" by Edward Albee (Dortmund Theatre, 1997), "Death of a Salesman" by Arthur Miller (Dortmund Theatre, 1998), "Ladies' Night" by Stephen Sinclair and Anthony McCarten (Nordhausen Theatre, 2001), "Käthchen from Heilbronn" by Heinrich von Kleist (Tübingen Theatre, 2006).
